What is favourite family holiday destination?

A2: Thailand – we return over and over again with the kids.  There’s so much to do from beautiful beaches to jungles and cities.  The Thai people are so friendly and welcoming and absolutely adore kids.  Not to mention the food is outstanding – I could eat pad thai for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What’s your first family holiday memory?

A trip to Boulogne-sur-mer (oh the glamour!).  My first taste of French cuisine has always remained a favourite memory – it was a beautiful cut of beef with heavy cream sauce.  I also remember the strong smell of cheese wafting from my dad’s backpack on the ferry ride home!

What’s on your family holiday wishlist?

Once I start answering this question, I can’t stop.  But..  it’s a real mishmash of a bucket list from staying in a yurt in Mongolia to boating around Palawan in the Philippines.
